"Jo and Mandy did the conveyancing for us and were very professional and got the work done on time. Jo answered all our questions and gave really good advice."
"As first time buyers we had many questions and Jo and Mandy were fantastic in answering them and helping us through the process. Our sale was speedy [just over two months!] and they were efficient and highly organised, as well as reasonably priced. Many conveyancers have inspired horror stories, but this experience was exemplary. Highly recommend!"
"We used Jo and her team to carry out the process for the sale of our property, and what a great job she did This was a difficult process for us, and there were many hurdles along the way, but Jo and her team handled these and kept us in the picture of what was going on and when. We would highly recommend Jo, and would have no second thought if we ever need to move again Thank you Paul and Karen"
"We recently engaged Jo Martin of Charles Coleman to act on our behalf for a house sale/purchase. We are not local to Jo/Charles Coleman, but they came highly recommended. Jo, Mandy and the supporting team were fantastic in what turned out to be a marathon 9 month roller-coaster ride. We were rarely left with any questions to ask, as all our questions had been asked in advance, by Jo. Equally, the pace and efficiency of the work was second to none. Being able to communicate via email was a breath of fresh air. From experience, there are solicitors that YOU need to be on top of to ensure things are dealt with in a timely manner, and then there are those like Jo and Charles Coleman, who you can wholeheartedly trust, knowing they're on top of every little thing! I would highly recommend the services of Jo Martin and Charles Coleman and cant praise them enough for the service they provided during our house move. Whilst the process was stressful, none of the stress was caused by Jo/CC and I would say they even helped keep the stress levels down when things got quite tricky. Thanks again!"
"We asked for advice on a disputed will of which my wife was the beneficiary. The Partner who did this work claimed that this was her specialist field. The advice received was; a) late b) barely adequate c) only put in writing once we had made it clear that we would not be paying until they had done so. Most of the Partner's effort was devoted to pursuing her bill. When I suggested that her bill would receive the same (tardy) attention that she had given to completing her work she threatened to charge interest on the bill."
