"Do not use. Wasted 8 weeks trying to sort a mortgage. You can't get through on the phone. All done by messaging which is delayed. The checking of funds was complete overkill which dragged the process on and on. Even the agent who deals with hundreds of mortgages every month said they were sorry for the way this was handled and unlike any they have experienced prior. We had to abort the mortgage process in the end."

I have been paying mortgage & monthly rent to L&Q as Gordons forgot to start staircasing before finalising my remortage. They are making me big losses financially but don't want to take any responsibility whatsoever. Staircasing is still with them, so I can stop at this poin nut I feel not optimistic that this will end either. Worst service ever."
