"Came to buy nightnurse for my cold. Was served by a european lady with glasses. English was terrible. Started lecturing me about why i needed it even though they never had it in stock. Very rude lady this was 11/3/2023 early morning. Needs to be retrained in her customer service skills. Will be complaining. Complete idiots working at this pharmacy"
"Waste of time. At around 10:15am on the 17th of Dec I booked a test (via the website) for 09:30am on the 19th of Dec (so around 48 hours notice). Arrived for my appointment on the morning of the 19th only to be told (without apology) that they couldn't perform any tests because they had "ran out of strips", when I asked why they didn't call me to say the appointment was cancelled I was told "the system was down" and that it was my fault anyway because I had "booked the appointment last minute". Apparently 2 days is "last minute". Avoid."
"Not very helpful, assistant didn't really seem to understand what was asked and was extremely quiet barely could hear her. Someone hard of hearing would really struggle. Only pharmacy open at 7am which was reason for going but ended up being a wasted journey. Will go local pharmacy next time"
