"Whenever I have been to this chemist to order or collect my husbands prescription there is always a problem. Without fail. They either lose the prescription or they havent got the medication in stock or something else goes wrong. Never once have I managed a straightforward transaction not once. There is always pop music on too loud and, ridiculously in this day and age, they close for lunch!! Can the staff not stagger their lunches? In a busy city centre pharmacy when workers may visit during their own lunch breaks IT IS CLOSED forcing a lot of people to make two visits. How totally thoughtless, badly managed and hopelessly disorganised."
