"Excellent printers and equipment, wide space, keeps to the confines of safety laid out by the govt. The people are normally quite good, communicative and efficient. However, if you make a mistake due to lack of information, they do ridicule you and humiliate you. They have a lot of restrictions on parcel servicing and they need to understand the world is NOT a botanic garden where if things are not pitch perfect everything will crumble to pieces. How will they grow if they cannot adjust to situations in life? Normally they should do their job and not incorrectly assume what other companies will do with your parcels"
"I have had a delivery by Mailbox Bedford from an Auction house. Excellent communication via email and received the parcel quickly. Also the packaging was perfect and my china arrived without any breakage. Thank you very much Mailbox Bedford team, especially Adnan! Kazuko xx"
"Having been MBE Bedford on numerous occasions previously for print work - work was completed no problem. Since new ownership, same work has gone down in print quality and gone up in cost?? No explanation or rationale given and was very abrupt and frankly rude when asked why the change; response was - new management, I'm the manager and that's the price! Similarly, when enquiring about delivery services, the staff this time was reluctant to provide information and made it seem as though I was begging him to use their service!? Completely vacant and simply couldn't be bothered to offer any guidance or assistance. Definitely one permanently Lost customer and judging by my experience - not likely to be the last."
"I've been a customer of MailBoxes Bedford for about 10 years. Over that time I've spent at least £10,000. The management have changed, and I've had an order of CD covers made. I was told my work couldn't be done in a day, which Is fine as I didn't ask for that. I needed it doing in a few days, ready for a professional event in Lincoln. I was told that for subsequent jobs, the price would increase from £90 to 130-140, which of course he is perfectly at liberty to do. Using the same files, the finished cd's don't look as good as before. Of course this is the usual process of teething problems with a new owner. But we didn't feel looked after. The owner didn't want to speak and work through it on the phone with my semi-pro designer as Paul was happy to do, saying that he only wanted the email, which of course the designer sent him. There was a one week gap, after the job was submitted but not started. The owner says my designer said the files were not complete. I asked the designer to tell the owner it was compete, which he says he did, after a 2-3 days wait. Maybe that message didn't get through. All in all: price hike, longer wait. Difficult interface between designers and printer. So probably best to use mailboxes if you don't have a semi-pro designer involved, unless the customer service style changes."
