"Faulty water pump that is still in warranty. Informed by one member of staff that they'll contact the pump supplier to arrange for fix/replacement. After 4 days with no response from Affordable Kitchens I called and was informed that this was not there responsibility citing issues such as not having the technical details of the pump (even though they installed it), GDPR regulations (!!) and not knowing my schedule as some of the reasons for not being able to contact the supplier. Abysmal communications."
