"I’ve just had such an amazing experience designing my new living room and kitchen for my new build house with Eryn at boconcept Aberdeen. Eryn drew up 3d plans with a wonderful design. She was patient and very experienced helping me adapt to my wishes and spent hrs with me in the shop helping me finalise the design on the shop floor. She was curious, very knowledgeable and had an amazing service attitude. I cannot wait for installation day. Bonus: I was able to figure out where radiators sockets etc needed to go."

"Eryn and James in the Aberdeen store gave us excellent service, allowing us as much time as we needed choosing sofas and chairs, helping us choose fabrics and answering technical questions. Delivery was exactly on schedule (after a slight communication confusion) and was smooth and efficient. Unfortunately 2 cushion covers had slight faults. Eryn has followed up the issues and replacements are due shortly. The sofas are so much more comfortable than our previous sofas and we are delighted with them."

From the onset, she was very welcoming and showed us a variety of design options for side tables. She was able to answer all our questions regarding our choices and at no point did we feel pressurised or under any obligation to buy. Millie immediately supported us when she understood that one of our purchases didn’t suit our planned space and we were able to change to an alternative piece without any problem.
