"Lovely pleasant staff, and got the best sofa we have ever bought."
"Don't use dfs. After being told for a week via email and texts my sofa would be delivered 20/12/22 I made sure my old sofa was away this morning 19/12/22. Now being told parts are missing from mine. I had to call back as missed call and was on hold for 27mins before CS answered. They have not got through to aberdeen store yet and so far no call back."

"Would not recommend. Sales guy was lovely when buying sofa however was very clear the wrong colour was ordered however the manager said it was our fault becsuse we chose from the wrong swatches that the sales guy had given us. Apparently it is our responsibility to know which swatches go with what sofa. We chose from the leather swatches rather than fabric for the same sofa . The manager was extremely rude came over with " i have been told what's happened and I don't understand " no introduction or to hear what we had to say. Called my partner colour blind and even walked off to get the sales guy whilst we were still talking Very poor customer service no sympathy or understanding when spending a lot of money on something that you aren't happy with Issues with the sofas arriving. There was scratches on the seat handles for the recliner"
"Worst experience ever. Don’t deal with these people. There is no communication after ordering and making full payment in good faith two weeks before delivery. We ordered a sofa at the beginning of January and it was due to be delivered April now it’s delayed until July. After numerous calls from us to them we eventually were advised of the above delay. No communication from them whatsoever, we only found out about the delay after a barrage of calls from ourselves and we were dismissed from them with pathetic excuses about the supplier not communicating with them. We did not purchase the sofa from their supplier we purchased it from them. They take your money and don’t care. We are taking legal advice on this matter. Don’t even want to give them one star as they are not worthy of it however this review will not allow me to post this review unless rated."
