"First of all - Brilliant. Top Quality Customer Service. I spent 5 hours at the store testing different speakers and amps to feel and hear the difference. I am a perfectionist so I had many questions and Paul Chance helped me so much to choose the perfect sound setup for my office. I upgraded from an old low end 2013 sony soundbar to the KEF Q150's and the Tangent Ampster BT II which broke day 1 (dont cheap out on the amp i learnt my lesson) I took it back to the store next day and got a refund and decided to not cheap out and went for the Audiolab 6000A after having another listen with the help of James to be sure it was right for me. It sounds phenomenal in the space I have even better than it did at the store as I am limited by space constraints. TLDR: Top Notch. You will not find better service than this.
