"What can I say about this AMAZING company? Last week I was desperately seeking an office to rent for my first self employed venture. I really struggled to find something in my budget. There were a few places that I liked the look of but each had their individual issues which the estate agents were not open to fixing for me. I then saw that City Properties we offering a beautiful little office that I felt would suit my needs. I went to view the office and met the gorgrous, Laura. Instead of quickly wizzing my around the building as fast as she could, before moving on to the next client, like previous estate agents did, Laura sat down with me. She really took the time to learn what it is I was after, she showed in interest in my new venutre and she listened carefully before letting me know what was and wasn't possible. When I saw the office I was initially happy, however, there were a few things that put me off. I voiced my feelings to Laura. Instead of telling me to take it or leave it as it is (like a previous agent had done) she told me that she understood my concerns and let me know that she would fix each and every one, in time for my move in date. I move in on Tueday and she has since sent me photos of the now complete office which she has had fully decorated, had the carpets replaced, and a few other touchups that I hadn't asked for that now makes the office sparkle. I'm so excited to move in. Thank you very much, Laura. It's not often you come across people who put the clients first as much as she does. Her family should be so proud of what an amazing business woman and caring person she is. Thank you City Properties, you have made me extremely happy and providing me with the best start to my new and exicting journey."
