"Poor service one again. Booked a taxi over 12 hours ago for early morning to take me to work and yet again, 0 notifications or contact from them, 10 minutes late to then be told they’re busy at this time and haven’t found a driver. This has happened a few times before either early morning or after 8pm. I often receive minimal contact from them and hardly get WhatsApp confirmation from them anymore. Have been late to work AGAIN because of them. Also a very rude attitude over the phone with 0 apology."
