"This would be a 5 star review had it not been for the fact that when I visited, I stood for about 10-15 minutes without acknowledgement from the two employees that were standing behind the till talking. Two other employees were serving customers, and when I was finally served by one of the guys that was actually doing some work, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Had I not had a voucher for the store, I would have walked out after waiting for so long. Its a shame that I cannot leave a great review as the guy that served me definitely deserved it, but the lack of any service or acknowledgment by two employees who were doing nothing while the others worked hard ruined the visit completely. I will take my business elsewhere in future."
