"What a fantastic holiday cottage/house Janet and Margaret made it so lovely and welcoming. We went there last March 2013 for a 50th birthday party of Sue. A girls party night in beautiful surroundings in the countryside. All the amenities you could ever want lovely and warm LOVED IT. Would love to go again and actually stay 2 nights. We got snowed in and had to walk for over an hour to reach Heaton village to get to the party at The Royal Oak."
