"Very modern, comfortable and clean with everything you need for a short stay. Sainsbury's local 50 yards down the street is handy too. Perfect for our weekend at the Download festival and they even let us in slightly early so we could get to the festival asap. On site cleaning staff were an absolute credit to the owner."

"Beautiful apartment. Well equipped. 2 bedrooms. Comfy bed. Very warm apartment as it was on the top floor. Loved the attic type windows in the 1st bedroom. 2 bathrooms. Lovely and clean. Gated entrance to car park with a key code. 20 mins walk from Derby town centre. Only downside is that it was on a fairly busy road which made it noisy but that was no bother for us. Would recommend."
