"Apartments are conveniently situated and secure. They are well presented and spacious. The only issues were that one of the apartments we booked smelt strongly of smoke and one of the others had an extremely poor kitchen. Doors loose, a corner panel missing, fridge and freezer which had doors that wouldn’t shut properly rendering them useless and damaged work surfaces. Luckily we had booked 4 apartments and so used a different kitchen but this aspect of our stay was disappointing."

"The location of the apartment building is easy to get to, and a little off the beaten track tucked away in a gated complex; this makes it secure, quiet and peaceful and come and go as you please from the private car park. Entrance in to the building is secure and the apartment is very spacious and modern with great lighting throughout due to large windows and a variety of lamps and room lighting. The bedrooms are of good sizes and the beds are comfortable with high specification en suites plus separate standalone bathroom in the apartment I stayed in. Great kitchen to prepare food from scratch and plenty of work surfaces to place food if you order in and a great size fridge for storing food and/or leftovers and drinks in too. Area is busy and lively, even more so at night; but odds are you’re going to be out enjoying the local bars anyway, and if you’re more of a homebody and would prefer to binge a box set in your pyjamas you’ll only hear anything if you’ve left a window open like I did. All in all, great place to stay and fantastic shopping centre within minutes from the apartment too, what else could you really want for? This is where I’d always stay any time I visit Derby with my girlfriend to visit where she grew up."

"We stayed here for 5 days during the week in a 2 bed unit, very clean and spacious and great customer service . one issue - maybe someone could go clean out all the wine bottles from the gutters !!! and the kitchen really needs a few small minor repairs"

"Great quality apartments with very nice assistance. A bit pricey but close enough to the city center to make them worth it. There are a couple of aspects to bear in mind. First, there are no lifts. Second, the windows don't isolate the road noise properly. If it wasn't for those two aspects I would rate them with a 5-star review."

"Stayed here for 2 nights wish I stayed longer. Everything you could possibly need in the apartments. Clean and attention to detail was good, even had a card from the manager wishing a pleasant stay etc. Staff on the phone were friendly and helpful. Plus free parking always a bonus."
