"This hotel is appalling if you are on for a 1-2 night stay you may be alright bus any longer it's a living hell as everything you read online about this hotel is false there is 2 nice staff Eric and the maid the boss just likes to moan constantly he's not a very nice person the pool table should be free but no it's 50p per game breakfast is just re heated and we had found sharp objects stuck into feet into trainers etc I would not recommend this hotel at all."
"Worst hotel iv stayed in man on reception Eric very un polite bit ov a communal room with pool table drinks machine all looked well and good until was advised not to av a drink in there as other residents would want a drink off you as found out it was some sort of halfway house it says double room more like a large single bed shared bathrooms plenty of them but thay all stunk of sewridge good job was sink in room to have a wash was told heating would be on just after we got in room but nothing as found out bout hour later rads was turned off by tvr on rads nothing to do round area as pubs and places to eat are a good 20 to 30 min walk up and down hill just don't book to stay hear just a completely waste of money witch I will be trying to get a full refund"
"Absolutely lovely place! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, free goodies, well equipped room, affordable even for students. One day we overslept but the owner made sure to have the kitchen cook breakfast for us even though it was already past breakfast hours. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. 15ish minute walk from the mall and all the shops. The breakfast was lovely. The only complain I have is that we booked a room with our own bathroom and we technically got one other customers could use as well but most ended up using the other bathroom on the floor. We would have been fine, coming from a dreadful crammed London hostel. Either way, we had a great time. I'll come again one day!"
"This place is utmost the worst iv been to. Shared bathroom which I was not aware because it was a last minute booking. The room was really small and dirty. Absolutely no privacy cameras everywhere and lastly I got coffee stain from room cleaning staff which I was supposed to wear. Overall I highly reccomend not staying here it just feels super unfriendly."
"Booked for me by my work I always give 5 stars: Good facilities and reasonably clean. Rooms well equipped with kettle, microwave and fridge. Rooms are not en-suite which is not ideal if you're not in there first. Had the veggie option complimentary breakfast. This was essentially just all the non meat items with no veggie sausage. Breakfast was very wet as had combined juices from mushrooms, tin tomatoes and beans. Great self service cereals, drinks and toast. Oh, and there's a pool table and vending machines too! Important context: My experience was a 1 night stay and does not represent this establishment in it's entirety. No-one in hospitality sets out to provide a poor experience. Anyone can have an off day"
