"This pharmacy is next to the park road surgery so is very convenient if you have attended the doctor's surgery. It is however tiny so they don't always have what you need but will always be upfront if this is the case so you are free to go elsewhere. That said, the sheer convenience of this pharmacy, the amount of stock they hold in such a small space and the helpfulness of the staff warrants five stars."
"This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional! Last time my doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy I called to check if my prescription had arrived. They confirmed it did and I received a confirmation email as well. When I came to pick it up in the afternoon, I was informed that it had not arrived. I wouldn't have minded to wait a day longer but I do mind being lied to and go there for no reason! This time I collected a prescription and they only gave me half the quantity of what was prescribed!! I cannot believe how poorly this pharmacy operates and it scares me to think what else they get wrong!"
