"Driver arrived as we were passing through baggage at Birmingham airport Driver claimed that we are 40 minutes late. Pointed out flight data showed delay and the delay was confirmed by phone prior to flight take off. It is clear the cab company did not alter their dispatch time to send the car. So from a customer point 5 star cab waiting and then safe journey home. Admin level at office their problem"
"Great driver, took us to the airport quickly, but price was not what was listed in the app and order confirmation. These said £35, but when we got in the taxi, the driver said $45+5 drop off fee, "because it's 35 is during the week and 45 in the weekend plus the drop off fee. " I was still ok, but felt a bit off as we had different information in the order confirmation done days ago, so be aware."
