"Recently purchased new lenses for an existing frame, after a couple of days I got a call to say the lenses were ready and they would take 1 hour to be fitted. No problem I thought. I arrived at 15:30 (shop is open till 18:00) and got told they couldn’t do it because the ‘lab’ go home at 16:00. The staff are all professional and friendly but it would of been nice if I was told this on the phone when the lady said I could pop in at any time. Now I have to return another time and fit it in around work which is a bit of an inconvenience."
