"I book Premier Taxis regularly and they are HARDLY ever on time. The booking staff are also not polite and keep saying " he is 3-4 minutes away". Some drivers start the trip even before you board the vehicle. I have had a couple of lovely rides but majority are below expectation. I am typing this review while waiting for my taxi that is now 20 minutes late and counting!"
"Probably as good as it gets regarding taxi services. I thought the fee was high for the journey although it was competitive / similar compared to others and cheaper than some. Driver was friendly and pleasant as was the phone operator. However I was standing outside awaiting the taxi for 10 min's and panicking as was no show, Received a text to say was outside. Thankfully it was possible to respond as the driver was at a wrong address and all then sorted. Will use again despite this as I think is probably as good as it gets and I trusted them compared to some I had quotes from."
"On this particular journey I had a lovely driver who told me about his journey from America to the UK and finding the love of his life, his lovely daughters and grandchildren and the love of his job in customer service and taxi driving. A lovely change from other drivers from this company who often talk with an ear piece in their ear on a separate mobile phone to their work phone in a different language which can make passengers feel a little uncomfortable at times, so this journey was a pleasant and welcome change."
