"Fantastic health centre with urgent appointments when required. GP suggested a review of medication whilst there for another issue - looking at the patient in a holistic view rather than just treating the problem - thank you, its much appreciated. Life can get busy and when you're struggling you forget to look after yourself. My only negative is the entitled mature receptionist who would rather continue her conversation than welcome the next patient waiting, and unfortunately announces thoughtless comments loudly while side glancing patients - which could be perceived as indirect discrimination."
"Always very helpful when you go there but trying to make an appointment is not easy at the best of times and I think they need a reassessment of how they line up their incoming calls from minor to serious on going treatment management."
"I am trying to cancel a flu jab as I have a chest infection. Impossible. If you can book it surely you can unbook it. Have tried phoning where they are doing the jabs, no answer. Undoubtedly I will be the bad guy here for failing to attend."
