"Oh dear, you have sold my wife a hotel package she can't use. Your understanding of the current Thai Covid regs seems patchy. Couldn't complete Thailand pass app because room only booked, no pcr test package. So room cancelled! Current Thai covid rules state hotels can't book rooms without pcr package. Still waiting for you to contact me as promised, come on Trailfinders you have done much better this in the past. Refund please!"
