"A huge Thank You for the awesomeness of the staff! My daughter was admitted here in A&E and it was her first hospitalisation so full of mental stress for all of us. Sorry, I was very much stressed so couldn't remember all the names of the staff but to us, everyone was like an angel. They all took great care without any sign of tiredness or just for the sake of doing it and literally saying that when I had tears bringing her to the hospital in emergency, she was crying not to take her home as she quite enjoyed her time there getting pampering from all the staff, always smiling nurses and calling her poppet. The waiting times are huge which I was aware about but literally experience that the good quality of care comes after that without rushing. I'm very much thankful of the entire staff whom I met and those who assisted in this entire stressful experience in the beginning which vanished in mere couple of hours. You guys are the best team ever! My sincerest thanks for all the good work you are doing! Ta M"

Looking at your works, the conviction returns that human life is priceless, it is amazing, because you are too people, not machines, and your responsibility is enormous. "I have two osteoporotic compression fractures in my spine. I was dreading having to lie on the flat surface for the MRI scan.The staff were so very helpful, making sure that i was comfortable before they started the scan I cannot thank them enough. . It was done very promptly too, I did not have to wait."

"I was admitted to A&E on the advice of my dentist where I had an absess in my gums causing excessive swelling. Their prompt action leading to surgery saved my life. I was kept in for two nights observation in C4 ward. The staff work very hard to look after us and I cannot praise them enough. So thank you for all your help and the comfort you provided, you are worth every penny which is more than can be said for the current shameless government. "I was in Poole general hospital for about 3 weeks and the staff were unsure on my plan and kept changing the routine I’ve also managed to loose a north face puffer jacket there it was hung up in a closet and when I left it was not there and I’ve called up and they have said it’s no where to be found and hung up and I also lost a care bear there which was again no where to be found after asking several times. Bit weird if you ask me… did not have a good stay at all. Would recommend going to a different hospital."
