"If you want to enjoy a wonderful day, make sure you don't miss Amners Farm lambing days! They are normally advertised visibly when driving past it. Parking is easy, price reasonable and the interaction with the animal very enjoyable. Ideal for families and animal lovers."
"Lambing day was well managed. A bit daunted at first when we saw the number of cars in the car park, but inside the farm it wasn't crazy. Amazing to see the lambing. Some long queues for the rides and food. Could do with more refreshment / food stalls and places to buy water."
"I attended one of the lambing days a few years ago and it was lovely, however yesterday I attended again with my husband, 2 children and other family members, unfortunately we were really disappointed. I think maybe the organisers have become greedy but there was way to many people there, massive queues for everything, you literally couldn’t move. Very silly that they can’t just put a limit on the amount of people attending by selling tickets online only. Very disappointed as we had a lovely time a few years back. Will give it a miss next year."
"What an awesome Lambing Day we had. Farmer Andrew is so caring and kind to the sheep. He is passionate and patient and spends lots of time talking to everyone explaining what's going on. Such an inspiration for any aspiring shepherds/shepherdesses! So many things to do and see there. Be prepared to queue for pony rides and petting shed..... lambs, puppies and chicks to hug and hold. Tractor ride, train ride, food and a fantastic hay bale play area for the kids. Highly recommended!"
"Fantastic day out to see lambing on a working farm. Kids loved the tractor ride and the miniature steam railway. Plenty to do and to keep the kids occupied. Well organised and well attended. Great fun for all the family."
