"I have found that this law firm has been responsive to my requests. The initial diagnosis of the legal position was quick, and the agreed fees reasonable. Later in the process it became understood that the protection I had with a credit card purchase could not be effected, under s.75 of the consumer credit act, due to an underhand processing of card details by the trader, 'Renugen', by taking cash out of my account with a money handling firm, 'Transfer-Wise'. Months of time eventually ended up with myself having to take the trader 'Renugen' to court by my own action. Lincoln green Law staff supported me in the background. There was good communication and the advisors very friendly. It took a while but this was due to the other end replying and probably a lot of battling back and forth which I may not been aware of.
