A thoroughly enjoyable experience and we shall definitely return next time we are in Derby. I have to say we usually go to Marks cafe,but the last time we went they didn't even have wholemeal bread! "Ordered a chair online from hunters, I was given an estimated delivery date by e-mail of 1st to 3rd of August. I called them shortly after as I was due on leave around that time and they assured me that they'd give me a call once the furniture reached their warehouse for delivery and that they'd then confirm a delivery date and if there were any issues we'd be able to discuss options. I was a very happy customer. Great service, they'd recognised the possible challenges I'd face and found an easy solution all good. So time rolled past, we got to three weeks after the estimated delivery date and I call them up again, only to find that the new estimated delivery date is the end of September. No one bothered to tell me there was a delay. I only found out when I called up to ask what was going on. When I asked why there was a delay the answer was a fudge about "covid issues". If there's going to be a delay (let alone a two month delay) then at the very least I'd expect to be informed."
