"I start of needing the lift the lad comes down lets us in and then goes back up the stairs to summon the lift upstairs great claustrophobic experience. Only one person taking payments for films and snacks and originally 3 people handing over the snack orders when we got there it went to 1 very poor. The coke tasted of chemicals the screen smelt of burnt chemicals very poor visit"
"This was my first time visiting the Odeon for at least 10 years. I was worried that it might be a little run down but I needn't have worried. It is a nice cinema and has been refurbished since my last visit. Our premium seats were comfortable with plenty of legroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a device in the foyer where you can enter your car registration to get an extra hour free parking."
"The Cinema itself was very much by-the-by, the staff were lovely. But the reason for 5 Stars is the acoustics in the men's bathroom. -MY GOD- Singing at the urinal I shut my eyes and I might as well have been in the Albert Hall... if you ignore the mild smell of p***"

"The cinema entrance looks really disgusting and unclean compared to the Cineworld nearby. The escalators do not work and the steps are massive to climb. The lifts don't work either god only knows how people who have difficulties are getting up to the cinemas. Either the odeon management there or the building management itself seemed to have given up in making the entrance look clean - covered in bird poo and water at times. The screens itself, the seats are very uncomfortable. I've only been a few times due to no choice but if you can avoid this place, definitely choose the Cineworld nearby as it's a much better experience."
