"If you want to be a satisfied customer and get things fixed promptly without being charged extra for the companies mistakes, then don’t shop here. I have been left with an unfinished floor that has a hole on the edge that can’t be covered by the skirting as the floorers had no common sense to cut underneath a tiny piece of wood in their way or ask me to remove it. Then they left a gap for a threshold that they couldn’t get hold of as if actually doesn’t exist and made the threshold gap too wide for one that might be useful. Then they like to shout over you in conversation and dictate that it was the customers fault. This was very frustrating and I said a few cross words. Then the regional store manager won’t call you back after leaving multiple messages to the head office store and the their customer service representative wants to charge me to fix a hole they created. Be very careful using this company they say they come with a guarantee but their floorers are sub contracted that they will protect over resolving an issue that shouldn’t have happened. Still in dispute still can’t finish a room. Still not replying me back. I held back this review but I can’t let other customers suffer my same fate."

"Go elsewhere, Shaw's Floors for carpet & vinyl or Winchester kitchens for Karndean. Wasting my customers time by not offering to contact Karndean to obtain refund, because they couldn't be bothered to look up the order!!! Suddenly when I ring up they have all the info!! My customer now has to go back down to process the refund! & this was the Manager!!"

"**Warning!** - Installers will damage your property; and the shop will do nothing about it. Carpets were fitted very poorly with tool & knife marks along brand new skirting boards. Carpet Barn don't answer emails, when I called in the shop I was told to come back as the manager was not in today. I requested a call back which was promised but never came. One of the sales people told me that their installers are considered 'private contractors' and there is nothing they can do. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. I wish I'd gone to Shaw's!!"
