"I have, over the last year and a half, had a real problem with loss of hearing due to a build-up of earwax. I have visited the doctors, but they could not carry out ear syringing (irrigation) as my eardrum was just slightly visible. I was told to just use olive oil (this just made me go completely deaf in my right ear and reduced hearing in my left ear) I was also advised to get hearing aids, which I did. "Needed to find somewhere local and easily accessible to get my ear wax removed and this place was very convenient, booked easily online with a choice of prompt evening appointments in Stone. Boots seem to have discontinued the service and Specsavers didn't have any appointments in the near future,and they would both have been daytime in the middle of Hanley. Plenty of reminders and info by text about my appointment and everything was done in what felt a very safe and secure way, no problems at all. It was great to get rid of the ringing noises in my ear, and I even had to turn the car radio down on the way home !
