"Really helpful at first, then started charging me for things I didn't even consent to, such as speaking to another solicitor for advice on my case, even though I paid for a Senior Solicitor! Surely she would know enough or at least ask me if she felt she needed a second opinion? Charged me hundreds for this, then even had the nerve to charge me for a response to my file closure request! She offered further advice which I didn't even ask for, and when I complained and asked for a credit against this they refused! I would not recommend this company as they don't seem confident in the advice they give and sadly their advice didn't get me anywhere anyway. Maybe I was just unlucky?"
