"Happy I'm not selling with Whiteknights myself, Unable to get a viewing booked on any property after 1.5wks of phone calls. Calls not returned, and insisting on a affordability check with my full financial details handed to a 3rd party mortgage Broker ("Mortgage Advice Bureau") from a cold call, simply to arrange a viewing. This breaches data protection as such checks are only a requirement once a purchase is going through. Only response I can get from their reception "its not a priority to get back to you" , this as a perspective buyer."
