"Absolute mess is this company. Ordered a router showed 2 in stock. Paid up waited for 2 weeks to be sent a battery without the main tool. Rang up number of times and eventually was told they don't have the tool in stock no more and that my money would be refunded. Got refunded £4.50 and now running around from pillar to post trying to get the rest of my money back. Unbelievable. Wish I read reviews on this company before giving them my money. Don't buy from these scammers they show items in stock and take your money and give you a battery."

"Due to my experience I'd advise Don't Use. Find somewhere else to buy tools. I'm still fighting hard to get my money back for a tool that's not fit for purpose. Their customer service sucks (if you need to return something). Rude, uncaring and lazy are words that spring to mind. I can't actually believe their attitude and they clearly don't care about return business or company reputation. It doesn't really matter whether a customer purchased the wrong item or if an incorrect item was sent, but in this case I have a screen shot clearly describing one thing yet the tool I received not as described. I AM NOT HAPPY."

"I ordered a DeWalt Flexvolt Chopsaw and Stand on Friday and it arrived today (Tuesday) in perfect condition. Very quick and hassle free. One small point to bring up though. The courier had to phone me because he only had the Post code and Town to work with on the delivery, my house name and number was not on the delivery note, even though I had entered my full address with the order. A small error though, very happy with everything else!"

"Customer service is shocking! Ordered only £600 is worth of dewalt tools so not a huge order. However i checkout as a guest then decided to create an account but the order i placed was not in my account, which i understand. I called up to see if they can move my guest order to my account which i have 3 Bigcommerce websites so i know its possible. But i got a flat outright no from the lady on the phone who had no interest what so ever in helping me out! Ok this is petty i get that its not big deal i get that but what i do know as i do this daily moving a guest order to an account takes 20 seconds if that! If they are not prepared to help me with a 20 second job what else would they not help me with? Reading the reviews here i'm not alone in thinking the service is not top notch. Delivery and products fine not a problem but then thats not their doing DPD delivered and the products were made by Dewalt. Its a shame the lady on the phone could not help me for 20 seconds of her time has lost 3 stars on this review."
