"I once had a collection from this store, I had to go back two or three times before he would release the package. I even got the company on the phone, he didn't believe that the call was genuine, so they offered to call the store. They basically told him what to do, he was more concerned about making sure he gets his cut rather than looking after the customer. He's generally quite miserable and unwelcoming, my partner who also uses the store reluctantly for parcel services thinks the same. He doesn't deserve the extra business it's designed to bring people in for. I'll never shop there,nor will I have anything delivered there for collection, massive inconvenience!"
