"Fantastic shop, I get all my energy drinks from here, cheap prices, enthusiastic and kind staff. Despite being a corner shop, it is open 24 hours so it has brilliant services and sells a variety of items including even cat food and alcohol. I definitely recommend this place if you are to ever come near Boscombe. 5/5"

"Before I officially moved here in Boscombe I used to think this was the closest off-licence store. Glad I found the premier shop on Crescent road when I did moved here! To be honest, I do agree with critics who reviewed this place; I remembered when I bought a small bottle of After Shock, very small, and it was £10.98 8 think. F***ing outrageous! Plus, beggars sit near that shop - some of them even offer sexual services for cash. I'm only assuming that those beggars are working for that shop as a scheme to rip locals off. Maybe. So you are one of those lot that don't mind blowing your money on buying overpriced booze and paying vagrant women for cheap sex - this is you kind of area! Or if you're decent locals that just want to pop to an off-licence shop just to buy a couple of reasonably priced items, then avoid this place. Also: I heard a murder happened here. Yikes!"

"Horrendous customer service. There are three convenience shops on this block/street all within a minutes walk and this one would always be the last choice. The prices are ridiculously overpriced, the customer service is the worst I've ever received. On par with the yellow convenience store 10 seconds up the road, conveniently is run by same person though. I too have been short changed in there like the other feedback provider, and has refused my payment before due to having 39p of the cash in coppers. I know legally they are not obliged to however it was only 39p and a good will gesture would be to accept it and tell the customer for next time they need to have smaller quantities of change. The cashier is always unsympathetic. My partner suffers with a stutter at times, and the cashier once mocked him because of it. He was trying to ask for a box of tobacco and his stutter came along, and he struggled to get out the word, and the cashier said "duhduhduhduh.. Spit it out". Disgusting attitudes. If they bother to even give you a small nod of acknowledgement you are there, and being served, you have received exceptional, good customer service from them. Lastly, the pay point machine is advertised in this store, like all others that have a pay point service, it is advertised outside the shop by signage and posters in the window, but the last time I went in there and the machine was actually working, was about a year ago! If it's advertised... Get it fixed!"
