"A local convenience store, owned and run by a local family. The staff are very friendly, they make the effort to get to know their customers, and always take the time to ask how you are. Being a small local shop there isn't a particularly large range of goods but they stock all the essentials plus a small selection of fruit and vegetables and some frozen and refrigerated foods too. Along with the usual alcohol, tobacco, snacks, confectionery and magazines and newspapers, both local and national, you can buy greetings cards, top up your mobile phone and pay your bills using the Pay Point facility. There is also an inside cash machine (ATM), although there is a small charge to use it. With long opening hours of 06.30 - 22.00 every day, except Sunday when they open slightly later and close slightly earlier, it really is a great little local shop. And with that bit extra in customer service it should always be the number one choice in the area."
