"Don't use as a click and collect pick up option. This store came up as an option as a click and collect pick up regarding an item from eBay. I found out they refused the item stating it was too big - (it arrived over a week later at a different address -it's not that big plus there is nothing stating that they won't accept items over a specific size!) No apology or anything. It was only for the seller that we managed to eventually get the item after it went back up to Scotland. I have used this place before for sending Evri parcels back and they were OK. Not the friendliest but did their job. I won't be using them for anything now and would advise to use another place for parcel collections."
