"Popped into Winchester branch today to grab some more of our favourite, Bread and Butter Chardonnay....but also needed some advice on further wines....a very helpful assistant explained he would ask his manager for the best wine to recommend as he had only just started and was learning. No problem with that at all, but when the manager is standing a few feet away from us and just rattled off a whole load of wines which he thought would work, didn't even acknowledge us.....we felt like our custom was really valued!!.....Not!! Shame - we left with just the 12 bottles of bread and butter and will be going to a different branch next time!!"
"Very good wine chain. Excellent advice and free tasting. Carefully curated selection. There are wines that I don't like here, but there are no duff wines. 100 times as good as a supermarket. Note: you have to buy 6 bottles to get deals, but you can mix any 6."
