"Bought a tamagotchi for my daughter today and the store manager Sarah was at the entrance. I opened the toy pretty much in front of her and when I left the store Sarah confronted me saying 'excuse me are you going to pay for that with a disgusted face'. Once her colleague approached her to say i did, she said ok and went to her staff area. I decided to wait and ask her if she thought it was ok to ask me the way she did and she said...'im sorry BUT' straight away I knew she wasn't sincere and she feels that she was right. Obviously i was upset and it was actually getting her angry and her last words were, if you don't want to accept my apology then that's fine. Shocking and disappointing."
"A good shop with a wide range of toys. The selection is limited by the size of the store, so I don't always find what I'm after. Despite this, there are always visible members of staff on the shop floor available and willing to answer questions with a smile! None of this walking around in desperation trying to find a staff member. This makes all the difference, and makes for a great shopping experience."
"One of the best toy store in festival place, Basingstoke. It is located right next to Poundland. You can get toys for all ages with lots of variety. The staff is really friendly and will help you out in choosing the right toy for your kid and also suggest some good toys in case you want to gift it to some one. It opens till 7pm in the weekdays. I recommend this store if you want to buy toys for your little ones !"
