"Unfortunately I have had another mishap with my nails and WILL NOT be returning or giving this company my business again!! When you pay £30-40 for a set of nails (and include a £5 tip), you expect that you wouldn't have the issues I have had as can be seen in the photos. Every time the Gel peels off I am told to come in and they will fix the nail. This is fine but to travel up to Salisbury, which is a 30 minute drive, and then to pay for parking each time, I am paying out of pocket to fix their mistake. To tell your customer that the thumb and pointer finger easily chip is not acceptable. If you apply the product correctly this would not happen unless I was a construction worker and used my nails harshly. I asked to have some money taken off my next set as this was the third time this has happened, and the only response I received was that if I come in they will fix it. Unprofessional customer service."

"Booked for 3 people. Two of us wanted acrylics and one wanted a pedicure and manicure - we went with normal polish. The staff were really nice and friendly. Acrylics were £30 each and Pedicure and Manicure was £45. However, it was not good value for money. I had acrylics and noticed my cuticles were slightly stinging throughout the process and then when I had a look at my hands afterwards there were a couple of spots of blood around that area on a few fingers. Same for the other person who had acrylics. There was actually a trickle of dried blood around one of my fingers as well. A couple hours after a dent appeared on the thumb. After a few days cracks appeared on some of the acrylic nails for both people. Also the other person who had acrylics, one of the nails is uneven. It's angled upwards compared to the other nails. My friend's manicure only lasted one day! All the nail polish came off?! We didn't even do anything. We just came for a little trip to Salisbury and relaxed (no washing up/ labour / or cooking). The customer service was good and the place is nice and pretty but it was a waste of money."
