"I was in the self checkout counter today when I finished scanning my items from the basket , I kept the basket down the counter, one of the staff there just came and placed that basket again back on the counter and was behaved very rudely to me . Being from an Indian ethnicity it’s really sad that people are behaving very badly not once but many times this has happened ."

"In the light of covid19 I would expect the staff to be leading by example in upholding the 2m rule. The older dark haired staff member at the self checkout went right up and talked to my face way below the distance when the machine prompted for staff to help. I'm going to have to rule out this store until rules have been lifted."
