"Not even a 1 star sorry. Arrived for 1 appointment which was cancelled but I was not informed until arrived. Asked them to check my contact details and they were written incorrectly which happens. They corrected my contact details. Next appointment i double checked mid-week the appointment is still booked, arrived and the shop is closed, again not notified. Driven from Bournemouth both times and the appointment was a gift. Completely unacceptable. Thank you for your reply. I hear what you are saying but there's no way someone stayed until 4.30pm. I had knocked the door and stood there before getting back in my car And leaving a voicemail at 4.30pm. My time slot was 4.15-5pm and no one called to say they're not waiting any longer. I will discard the review soon as not keen on negative reviews especially when its hopefully an isolated case. Thank you again for replying so soon. I'm not sure I'll return but thank you for the offer."

"Just got back from my first visit to Boon & Green and just wanted to leave a review as I was so impressed. The location is fab, really easy to get to with free and easy parking. The salon itself has such a lovely chilled and cosy vibe. Grace was really friendly, down to earth and professional. I had a pregnancy back neck and shoulder massages and eyebrow thread and am really pleased with the results. The prices were very reasonable for excellent quality. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again!"
