"While I was a patient here I was constantly told I did NOT need to see the hygienist. That it wasn’t necessary. Now I’ve changed practices and am having to visit the hygienist every three months because my gums are so inflamed due to not being referred sooner. And yes, I visited here every six months from childhood. This problem should have been spotted and sorted years ago as there was ample opportunity."
