"Ordered a whole bunch of stuff to make a fence. Had to leave it a month or so to get a good day and time. All seemed fine with two of three posts. The third was slightly warped. Started fitting the arris rails and 7 out of 9 were twisted and needed some effort to get them in. The perfect ending was to find that the gate post was bent on one edge so badly that I could fit a biro between a straight edge and the post. The gate was also warped that badly before we cut it down. On advising the local store, I was told "So, you cut it down and now it is warped". Not what I said, it was warped on BOTH edges and so bad that I have an 1.5" gap at the top. Told "well, you have cut it, so I can't do anything. You know we do custom gates right? Would have been better." No mention on the website and the condescending tone was to much. Made a complaint to the regional manager. Received a call, but couldn't answer as I was working. Called back on Friday lunchtime, waited for a call back. It's Tuesday morning and nothing. Will never use again and the price was higher than many places. Will never use, avoid and get it all from B&Q and save some heartache."
