"Have used station garage for year in year out all my family have been advised to (my daughter, son in law , and son) We have put literally thousands of pounds through this business, But when an emergency happened they couldn’t be less interested, Basically my van broke down , recovery took it to the garage outside , because it was at night, the garage the next day wouldn’t even contemplate looking at it, wouldn’t give a confirmation date to look at it, I know being a loyal customer shouldn’t expect preferential treatment but I got a couldn’t give a dammed attitude, if this is how loyal customers are treated I’d advise a wide berth and find someone with better customer care, as I won’t be giving my money any more to this ungrateful company , and I’d give less than one star if I could."
