"Halo were the designated company to carry work on behalf of my insurance company. Excellent service throughout from the first contact to my car being delivered back to me clean and shiny. I was kept up to date with progress and was able to track the pick up and delivery so no unnecessary waiting in, and the times were arranged to suit me. Also, absolutely no fuss made about me putting my very large dog in the brand new curtesy car provided, in fact they had removed the parcel shelf for me, Would not hesitate to use this company again. "After a minor bump, not my fault, I contacted LV and the same day had a call from Neil at the Eastleigh branch, I took a couple of photos of the damage and sent them to him. Should only take a day was the reply, great news! A couple of days prior to the car being collected Neil rang to remind us and check it was still ok for an early collection. On the morning I got a link to a tracker so I could follow the progress of the collectors, really precise too. The car came back that evening ………. Wow!! The damaged area was amazing, couldn’t tell anything had happened at all. Absolutely delighted with the repair and the friendly, efficient service from Neil and the “team” Would and will recommend to anyone. Great and thanks again."
"Incredible service and repair performed by the Chandlers Ford branch of Halo - car collected promptly on Tues and ready for collection on Thurs with the damage (a dented wing across a fold near the wheel arch and exhaust replacement after a catalyser theft) completely corrected so as to be entirely unnoticeable from brand new. The car had been valeted inside and out too. Very pleased - Thank you!"
