"This was the first time I had visited Capella after a recommendation from my sister and I wasn't disappointed. I was offered a drink and biscuit and I had my cut done by Rachel, who was lovely!! Nicely chatty in a relaxed way that made you feel welcome and comfortable. The cut she gave me was exactly what I wanted as she had sat and chatted with me beforehand about what I was after and actually listened, rather than assuming she knew. "I have to update my review - Since my first visit when I was very happy, I have been back a couple times, the most recent was a full head of highlights and unfortunately was left with quite obvious banding (my hair is dark and was going very light), I was told I could go back to have more foils put in which I did but it still didn't look right, after this she was discussing different techniques and saying it would be extra money to not get the banding which I didn't understand, as on my first consultation I did tell her (and show a pic of previous banding) that had been a problem for me before and the extra cost wasn't mentioned, for this reason I wouldn't go back. The staff were really lovely but for the price, I would want it done properly the first time."
