They kept me informed of pick up time and even cleaned the car inside and out. Staff were courteous and professional, I will be coming back."

Grateful for that, but the highlight was that before hand, I was convinced I needed new brake pads and told them so. After the mot was completed i was recommended not to - there is still several thousand miles of wear left. A lesser garage would have changed them and I would have been none the wiser.
