"I would strongly advice anybody to avoid this companies product. My Company fitted a Dpf to a customers Jaguar. The customer continued to have Dpf regeneration issues so took his car to a jag specialist who fiited an 2nd hand Dpf which solved the issues. The customer returned the Dpf we fitted and asked for a refund. This company refused a refund because the customer could not provide fault codes from the Jag specialist. they also tried to blame us for not fitting it correctly. It was fitted by a Master tech and there is no evidence to back up alllegation. This is an absolute cop out and proves their guarantees are not worth the paper they are written on. My company will now do the right thing an reimburse the customer. Unless you want similar issues with your customers I would avoid this companies products at all cost."
