"If I could give a star lower than one for bad management skills it would be a minus 5. Not sure who he was showing me off the premises, but he referred to the staff "As his Boys?" if he was the Manager or not, never introduced himself, just let me get all upset before pointing out my mistakes, never tried to turn around the situation with some charm. But to be fair I really feel so sorry for him, Good looking man if he smiled occasionally. You may wonder what happen regarding me wanting to sell an item back to Cash Converters well I won, I gave my bike to OXFAM, repairs cost £75 and they wanted to give me £75.00. I later went back to Oxfam and they sold my bike to a happy student for £125.00"
"Don't sell your studio microphones here. They'll tap the top of it continuously not thinking or caring they could damage it. Plugging it into bad amps and comparing it to a 15 pound microphone while bashing it to hell. Really disappointing the carelessness and lack of resources they have to test, while I asked before hand if they take studio mics. Right.. Tested it again with no issues and clear sound. Also don't buy amps from them, unless you want damaged ear drums. Totally unprofessional."
"I regularly go there for my games for older consoles. I always find the sales guys helpful. Last ime I was in on the 27/09/22 I found Darren awesome to deal with. Good job guys!"
"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doug gave me a great store credit deal when I traded in my old iPhone. Definitely cheaper than other 2nd hand stores in the city and a 12month warranty gives peace of mind when buying"
"I have now had several positive experiences at Cash Converters Aberdeen. The staff have always been very welcoming, and the range of products is great. Most recently, I bought a new laptop and I’m a bit clueless with technology but I love gaming, so Cal helped me find a laptop that has meant my games no longer lag and the graphics look ace! I’ll definitely be back and would recommend to all. Thank you, Cal!"
