Communication can be worked on, if they don't have the part in stock and don't inform you of a delivery date/time."
"Parts prices and stock are ok. They dont try and charge you 12 quid for a standard bulb like a certain major retailer does. The staff I have dealt with in here seem so unhappy to be there though. Almost like getting up from their cup of tea is serious effort to go find a customer a product. Was in there one time and this very loud young lady was just moaning about how long it was until she could go home. You dont do that in front of customers, it's a real unprofessional look. If my next time in there is better I have no issue reviewing my review."
